Your practice name, contact emails, phone number, website, and address go into the Mediref directory, where other practices see them the next time they look you up.
Steps
- Click your practice name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Settings.
- Click General.
- Change what you need to, then click Save changes.

Two kinds of email address
Login email is the address you personally sign in with. It isn’t shown in the directory and nobody else at the practice shares it. Change email sends a verification link to the new address, and you keep signing in with the old one until you open that link. Someone else who needs to sign in gets their own login through Settings → Members.
Practice contact emails are the addresses other practices see in the directory and that correspondence is delivered to. There can be more than one. Add contact email puts a new row at the bottom, the bin icon removes one, and Save contact emails keeps the list.

Practitioners
Settings → Practitioners holds the list of practitioners at your practice. Type each whole name, title and all, into its own box and Mediref sorts it into title, first name, and surname. The arrows move a row up or down. Click Save changes.
The list goes into the directory so other practices can address correspondence to a particular practitioner.
